Do you offer large orders for special events/ corporate gifting?

Yes! Contact us at via our Contact page for inquiries related to large orders.

When do you ship orders?

Orders placed by 3pm central time Sunday will be shipped or delivered (locally) on the following Tuesday. Our shipping transit time is 1-4 business days with the exception of national holidays. Orders will ship the next business day if our shipping days fall on a national holiday.

Can I pick up my order?

We currently do not offer pickup, but we do offer local delivery within 15 miles of Elmhurst, IL for orders $20 and over before taxes and delivery fees. If your delivery address falls within that range, and your order meets the $20 minimum, you will be able to select local delivery at checkout.

Do you offer gluten free, sugar free or nut free cookies?

We do not offer gluten or sugar free cookies. Our cookies are produced in a kitchen that uses nuts in some of our recipes, so we do not recommend consuming if you have any allergies to dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts or tree nuts.

Are there preservatives in your cookies?

We do not add additional preservatives to our cookies, but some of the ingredients may contain preservatives.

Will my cookies be frozen when they arrive?

Although we do not ship our cookies frozen, they may arrive frozen during winter months. Please allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying.

How big are the cookies?

All of our large gourmet cookies are 5-6+ oz each.
